Find the real source first
Water travels. The stain on your ceiling is rarely directly under the hole in your roof. We trace a leak back to its source — usually flashing around a chimney or wall, a cracked pipe boot, or an ice-dam backup at the eave — and show you photos of it before we quote a fix.
